Due to our 24 hour cancellation policy along with COVID-19:
A credit card is required to book all services.
A 30% deposit is required for any appointments. This deposit is non-refundable and goes towards your service.
If you need to reschedule; your deposit will carry forward.
If you need to cancel your appointment; please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you are getting a large service; please give us at least 48 hours of a notice. If you cancel after this time period we may charge your card up to 100% of the service.
Please call ahead if you are running late for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late; we have a non-disputable $25 fee that will be added onto your service.
If you are 11 or more minutes late; we may need to reschedule your appointment or cancel which will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled service.
We want to make sure you are always happy. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you have 7 days to return to ensure your satisfaction. We do not offer refunds on products or services.
We accept all forms of payment. We add a 3% credit card transaction fee due to the rise of our vendors cost.
If you pay with cash, Venmo, Zelle or check; no fees will be added.
