Deposit Policy:

• All appointments require a 30% deposit at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.

• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit.

• For color services, we request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge for the remaining cost of the scheduled service.

Reschedule Policy:

• Rescheduling your appointment more than 24 hours in advance incurs no additional fee.

• If you reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged the remaining cost of the originally booked service, and a new 30% deposit is required for your new appointment.

Missed Appointment / Late Policy:

• If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full service amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

• If you are 10 minutes late, a $25 fee will incur

  • If you are more then 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you; you will be considered a missed appointment and will have to pay the remainder of the service and can reschedule with a new deposit.

Fees & Payment Policy:

• SHY Salon & Spa is a proud Green Circle Salon; all services will include a $3 environmental service fee.

• Payments made with cash, Venmo, or Zelle will not incur additional fees.

• Payments made with the credit card on file will incur a 5% transaction fee.

• Payments made by tapping or swiping a card at checkout will incur a 3% transaction fee.
